Visions Unlimited has partnered with Molina Healthcare to provide outpatient behavioral health services to their members. Molina Healthcare provides NCQA-accredited care and services that focus on promoting health, wellness and improved patient outcomes.
Eligibility: Adults (ages 18 +), Molina authorization
Services offered: assessment, medication evaluation/management, and individual therapy.
Referrals for services are through the member’s Molina primary care physician or Molina Member Services at (888) 665-4621.
