Goal: The program provides outpatient strength-based, culturally appropriate, and family driven, specialty mental health treatment and support services.
Expectation: The child and family will develop skills and abilities necessary to achieve wellness and fulfilling relationships.
Eligibility: Children, up to the age of 21, experiencing emotional challenges and exhibiting at-risk behavior.
Services offered: Assessment, medication evaluation/management, case management, individual/group therapy, peer support groups, rehabilitation groups, crisis intervention, resource referral/linkage, and housing assistance.
